Our custom home building process
- Initial consultation

Following the initial consultation, we prepare a formal tender outlining the proposed scope of works, specifications, inclusions, exclusions, and indicative timeframes. This ensures complete clarity before progressing further. Once the tender is reviewed and approved, we move forward with the next stages of the project. - Design and planning
After tender approval, we work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to develop detailed, functional, and compliant plans.
